2009 Kids "Fore" Golf Tournament

On May 23, 2009, the second annual Kids "Fore" Golf Tournament was held at the Crystal Ridge Golf Course in Okotoks.  Heritage Property Corporation and Kids Up Front Foundation partnered to organize the event at which 72 kids from Calgary and the surrounding area spent the day learning to golf.   The tournament was was hosted by Global Calgary news anchor, Brienne Hurlbur, with help from Harvey the Hound, Farley Fox and Wes Lysack of the Calgary Stampeders.  The event included swing lessons, a delicious lunch in the club house, T-shirts, prizes for every child, as well as a backpack bag loaded with goodies.   With plenty of sunshine and laughter, the day was nothing short of a success.

We look forward to another great tournament in 2010. If you are interested in sponsoring a team of children for next year's Kids "Fore" Golf Tournament, please email Erin at erin@heritageproperty.ca.
